  • New LTFRB Chairman

    President Benigno C. Aquino III appointed Atty. Winston M. Ginez as the new LTFRB Chairman last May 2, 2013 and sworn into office by Sec. Abaya.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Philippine Bar.  He hails from Zambales.
