SUBJECT: LTFRB’s REVISED FEES AND CHARGES

In accordance with Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994, directing all Departments, Bureaus, Units and Agencies of the National  Governments, including Government-owned or Controlled Corporations  to revise their fees and reasonable rates sufficient to cover at least the full costs of services rendered the following are hereby promulgated to wit;

The revised rates as herein prescribed shall be published once a week  for two (2)consecutive weeks In two (2) newspaper of general circulation  in the Philippines and takes effect fifteen (15) days after the last publication.

All memorandum- orders circulars and other administrative issuances in
conflict with this department order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised.
